Back Office Support

Ancillary services – mail, printing and copying, company store, reception and concierge, document storage and retrieval, sensitive document shredding, etc. – don’t move the production line faster, but they are necessary functions that must be performed daily.

Supplemental Staff
Hiring additional staff for specific periods or to accomplish major functions is one of the ways Temco’s organizational flexibility can bring value to your operation. Our ability to hire temporary staff for moves, relocations, peak production periods, etc., ensures that the labor needed to perform the additional work will be on-site only for the time needed to complete the tasks.

The ability to have additional staff on-site, capable of flexing up or down as needed, can mean the difference between completing projects as planned and delayed production, cost overruns and unsatisfactory outcomes.

Cosmetic Maintenance Services
Floor covering repair and replacement, wall repair, furniture, painting – any task that does not require maintenance technicians – can be folded into our Cosmetic Maintenance Program. Staffing up for large painting jobs without hiring fulltime staff or sub-contracting is a cost-effective and efficient use of Temco’s on-site management. We can provide any combination of cosmetic maintenance tasks.
