Ground/Landscape Management

We approach the surrounding environment as we do the inside of your site – with attention to detail and a systematic approach to service accountability. Using similar task identification, work-loading software and scheduling options, our grounds programs are well thought-out and flexible enough to accommodate any type of conditions. Because of the common management (with custodial) and potential for cross-training staff, Temco is able to apply additional resources to accomplish tasks (snow removal, etc.) as needed.

Our grounds and landscape maintenance programs include turf management, mowing and edging, soil composition testing and fertilization, integrated pest and disease control, irrigation system installation and maintenance, tree and shrub care, walkways, parking lots, road maintenance, snow removal and interior plant care.
